PATH Recovery

Recovery and Resilience Coaching for Active Adults

You're consistent. That's not the problem. The problem is staying available, the niggles, the run-down weeks, the recovery that isn't keeping up.

PATH Recovery is coming soon. It is not open for enrollment yet. Join the waitlist and Daniel will email you the moment a place opens, before it goes public.

Is this you?

  • You train hard and something is always slightly hurt.
  • You get run down or sick more often than your fitness would suggest.
  • Sleep and mood have become less reliable as training load has gone up.
  • You suspect you're doing too much but can't tell where the line is.

If that's not quite you: If you're not training consistently yet, Foundations comes first, you can't have a recovery problem without a load to recover from. If the issue is specifically age-related change, look at PATH Vitality.

Recovery is not the reward for training. It is the part where the training works.

What changes

Not promises about a number on a scale. The things people actually report after a few months in this program.

Fewer missed sessions

Most training progress is lost to unavailability, not to bad programming. We work on the fueling and load patterns that keep you in the game.

Joints and connective tissue that hold up

Protein distribution, collagen and vitamin C timing, and honest conversations about progressive loading rather than heroic sessions.

Recovery that matches your load

Under-eating during hard blocks is common and quietly expensive. We make sure the fuel matches the work.

A read on when to back off

The markers you log build a picture over weeks that's much harder to see day to day.

What we cover

The ground this program works over across its twelve weeks.

  • Recovery
  • Sleep
  • Rest
  • Stress
  • Soreness
  • Balancing activity and recovery

What you get over twelve weeks

  • A private thirty minute call in week 1, before anything else, to build your plan with Daniel
  • Four fifty minute group sessions, at weeks 2, 4, 7 and 11, with the people who started when you did
  • A private thirty minute call in week 12: what changed, and what comes next
  • Direct messaging with Daniel every week, right through to the end of week 12
  • Videos and handouts for your program, yours from the day you start
  • Access to Charting Your Wellness, the tracking app, meal photos and training logs, reviewed by Daniel
  • Feedback between sessions on your nutrition, your activity and your weekly goals
  • Nudges when something starts slipping, before it becomes a lost month
  • Guidance matched to this program rather than a generic plan
  • Habits you choose yourself, three at a time, tracked so you can see the streak
  • An optional circle: a small private group inside the app where the people who started the same week share progress and encouragement, and take on the odd group challenge together. Join in as much or as little as you like
  • An honest referral when something belongs with your doctor instead of your coach

$750 for twelve weeks, or three monthly payments of $265.

Most programs hand you static files and leave you to figure it out alone. You do not need more information. You need a system built around your life and a coach in your corner.

It starts and ends one to one with Daniel, with four group sessions in between, messaging the whole way, and an app that personalizes as you go. Your targets come from your own numbers and your meals are reviewed by Daniel.

Every PATH program is the same price. This program is not open yet, so join the waitlist and you will be the first to hear when a place opens.

Common questions

Is this physical therapy?

No, and it isn't a substitute for it. I'm a coach, not a clinician. If something needs assessment or treatment, I'll say so and point you to your own doctor or provider.

Can I combine this with my existing training program?

Yes, and most people do. I'm working on the nutrition and recovery layer around whatever you're already doing.

What about sleep?

It comes up constantly, because it outperforms almost everything else on this list. We work on what's realistically changeable in your schedule rather than prescribing eight hours and hoping.

How is this different from PATH Vitality?

Recovery is about load exceeding your capacity to absorb it, at any age. PATH Vitality is about capacity itself changing over time. They overlap, and if you're over fifty and training hard, either is a reasonable door in.
